As a volunteer run organization, the Langley Mustangs only functions well when everybody does their part. As a result, we have the following expectations of our athletes and their families:
Volunteer Commitment Cheque, post-dated to June 30, 2025 in the amount of $300/athlete family, is due prior to an athlete starting training with the Langley Mustangs.
Volunteering for our track meets is the way the club fundraises to keep membership costs as low as possible. Track meets require many hands to run smoothly. Sign ups for volunteering are sent out about 2-3 weeks in advance of the track meet.
Volunteer Commitment Cheques will be destroyed upon the completion of volunteer time at the Langley Mustangs meet (Pacific Invitational) set for June 20-21, 2025, as well as the Nick Wilkes Invitational on April 30th. Talk to Coach Andrew, Scott or a board member about ways you may be able top help the club out! We need YOU!
Families with one athlete are required to complete a minimum of 8 hours, and families with 2 or more athletes will be required to complete a minimum of 10 hours.
