Mustangs Zach and Tate Wyatt selected to represent Canada at Pan American U20 Championships
Mustangs JD’s perform well at the Jesse Bent Memorial Meet
The Langley Mustangs had an excellent meet earning 14 gold medals, 9 silver medals and 8 bronze medals!
At least two Mustangs achieved personal best results this weekend. Noah Louwerse and Jacob Vanderhorst both achieved personal best results in long jump with Jacob earning a silver medal for the event. Noah Louwerse along with Bernardo Sada hit standard in 1200m and Miles Hayden hit standard in 1000m.
The meet was hosted by the Coquitlam Cheetahs Track and Field Association at Percy Perry Stadium. The stadium includes a Mondo track surface with areas for long jump, triple jump, high jump and pole vault with separate areas for discus, hammer, shot put and a polyflex synthetic rubberized track surface for javelin.
