Our Post-Secondary Group is designed for both post-secondary athletes training year round and those returning from their university season in Canada or the US. This group will focus on the outdoor preparation of athletes to excel at the national and international level.
The Post-Secondary Group begins either in September, for year-round athletes, or after their final semester and completion of their CIS, NAIA or NCAA commitments. The preparation will include, where appropriate, weight training, core strength and technical coaching. The group will train until the end of the competition season.
Collegiate Program Spring 2021 Training
Dates: May 10 – July 04
- Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays – 6:30-8:00pm (MAP)
- Wednesdays 6:30-8:00pm (Maple Ridge) or 5:30-7:00pm(MAP)
- Saturdays – 9:30-11:15 (Walnut Grove)
Hurdles – Mondays, Wednesdays, some Thursdays
Long Jump – Mondays
High Jump – Tuesdays
6 sanctioned Track Meets with electronic timing included.
